We offer an unconditional 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If the Stylo Maison App doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund — no justification required.

2. How to request a refund

To exercise your right to a refund, send an email to support@hndigitalgroup.online within 7 days of your purchase, including:

• The email address used at checkout
• The date and transaction number
• The reason (optional)

3. Processing time

Requests are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

4. After 7 days

Beyond the 7-day window, purchases are no longer eligible for a refund, as this is a digital product delivered immediately.
